I know the Professor will want a souffle so I know I'll be making that. They have ingredients for any number of cakes, so I may try several of the recipes I remember... Ah, I suppose I should tailor the desserts to what you're making, since it will be coming after.

Well -- I can't remember anything that needs a specific dessert. But I'm going to try some of the new things I remembered. A lot of it requires rice ...

Rice... I suppose the food you know is more Eastern then. That makes matching a little harder, I think, but... Do you know the recipe for mitarashi dango, yet?

I don't think so. Not unless onigiri count.

I don't think they do. Dango are a type of sweet made with rice flour. They're relatively simple compared to other desserts I had planned, but that should lend to making a large amount. I can show you after we get things started.

They're Walker's favorite food. You'll likely have more chances to make them than I will.
