Playing the games they throw here. S'how we get our memories back. The judges who run the joint basically said, from what I know, "Hey, give up your memories and play some games and we'll grant you a wish." For some insane reason or another, we all agreed to play along.

That's what I heard. That I agreed to ... this.

In a little round thing? That'd be a message from the you before you lost all your memories.

That was me? ... Agreeing to this? ... I must have been really stupid.

... I think I used weapons in the past. Perhaps a name based on that.

Plenty of weapons to chose from. One of this kids on our team, named him Dagger.

So where'd you prefer to start this info-dump?

Let's start with the most relevant parts.

Okay.

We're Corvus. There's you and me. Dagger's a kid on our team and he can't read. I'm looking into trying to teach him to. He's kinda on the tense side and pretty much serious about everything ever. Hope's the other girl on our team. She's kinda shy and quiet but she pulls through. Both of 'em are apparently real good shots with guns. Scar woke up just a couple days ago. He's not human, but he's ours and he's a good cat-dog guy. He's still pretty new, though, so...

Well. We're all pretty new. Our teams--Corvus and Lynx? We first woke up not even a week ago.

So there are older teams. We're at a disadvantage.

Big time. There was only six of us altogether. Each team has up to six people, from what I know. So Lynx and us, we're pretty close. Don't get me wrong, we're supposed to be. We're partner teams. And the other twelve teams out there? They each have partners, too.

The big black team, though, they don't play in the games like we do and they don't have partners. They serve the judges and punish people on the fourteen teams that do play in the games if we break their rules.

Punish them how?
