There are some measures I can take. They'd be opt-in, obviously. It depends on how you're worried about the information leaking, mostly; different techniques for different situations.

[Setting down three mugs of tea on the table]

...I'm aware of my own weaknesses. If it's a matter of simple torture, I'm not worried. But if it comes down to bargaining for others' safety...

I made it through Flawless's torture myself, but if someone I cared about were being tortured in front of me, I'm not so sure...

If that's what you're worried about, I can set up a trigger which buries the knowledge in your mind. Once you trip it, you won't even know you have what's hidden until you next go to sleep. There are some conditions I can add so you don't trip it accidentally.

And for activating it if we need to... we just focus on it? Will it to happen?

Yeah. It's hard to set off accidentally...and there are a few precautions. It's linked into a couple of places in your subconscious; you won't be able to activate it when you're not under some stress.
