[no one there, but Monty's bag is: and as you watch, Chaz dumps it on the bed. everything, including the other communicator and his personal journal is there.]

If he got lost, he wasn't planning to go far when he did.

[picking up the communicator and putting it into his pockets, before sliding the notebook and the rest of the contents into the bag again.]

And if he got too far, maybe Ophiuchus would know about it.
