[The patient in this room probably shouldn't be sitting up yet, but she's out of bed, braced against the wall so that she can test the range of movement on her left arm. She's not looking very happy with the results.]

I wasn't thinking anything like that, just that it's quieter here than the rest of Cepheus. It's really crowded almost everywhere, and they don't like people staying in the streets overnight.

[nods and leaves the room to talk to some staff. you can hear some bits of the conversation, that it's highly irregular, what if the rooms are needed for the actually injured, but Nebula offers to just camp out in the waiting room if they don't mind, he'll stay out of the way, he definitely wouldn't waste space that they need and if it looks like he needs to go, he'll leave. eventually, they agree]
