Probably. Rabi figured out how to make paper. I think I could do that, and I think I know how to make it smoother. Binding would be pretty easy, just some cured lizard and maybe a little wood to make it stiff enough to write on and take with. Would take me a week or two if we did it that way, but it's not impossible, and I could make it pocket sized.
