*When there are NEW RULES someone has to be out to make sure you kids aren't... wantonly punching walls or going over to each other's dorms for midday sleep overs or anything. Also he wanted to stretch his legs.
Basically. Slick can be found wandering around pretty much anywhere you might be doing your thing*
