I... I remembered Richter.

Richter?

In the last memory, he was the one I was trying to get to, to stop. But... he doesn't seem like the sort of person to make deals with demons at all!

You saw him make a deal with a demon? ... you have demons where you come from?

Well no, but in the last memory, that's what I was trying to stop. He was going to... unleash them, or something? It wasn't clear. I guess if I was worried about it, we must have them. But he was teaching me how to fight this time...

[nods slowly]

What weapon?

A one-handed sword... though I was holding it with two hands. It must have been my first time... [sighs]

I was really bad with it.

Did you get better?

[nods]

In my first memory I was really good, and I know that one is later on, so...

... anything about where you were? Was it a school or something?

No, it was a set of caves... Uncle Alba didn't want me going in, but Richter said it was okay. Sort of.

What, were they dangerous?

No, I think Uncle Alba just doesn't like me.

... were you living with him?

One of the other watchmen said "You sure took in a real pest", so I guess so.

I know how that goes. I lived with my step-dad, myself.

I'm just glad I didn't remember much of him. He wasn't really... pleasant.

Bet you get something back later. They're probably in there somewhere.

Any other family?

I haven't remembered any, but that doesn't really mean anything... There just haven't been a lot of people in my memories yet.
