Does it matter? I've still never gotten an apology I didn't have to fight for.

If I'm apologizing to a team, I don't actually apologize to every single member, y'know? The person I affected most, yeah, and then the leader. I mean, you still should've gotten an apology, but I can see why he didn't get that far.
