mirror game activity.

Who: Anyone!
Where: The Arena
When: Morning 104.
What:

[today, in front of the throne--which stands completely empty, of course-- lounges one midboss, against a box in front of the twelve tables that are now set around the arena. they're completed by lined looseleaf binder paper and #2 pencils, and those really stiff plastic chairs.]

So glad you kids could join me today. Take a load off.

[mingle (until 5:45 pst): rules: teams: answers (judged!): winners.]

... they're people, same as us. It isn't like we're all shining paragons of morality ourselves.

But they chose to work for those monsters. It's not the same as us.

And the guys who get yanked over from normal teams?

Re: [answerbox.]

[identity profile] used_parts.insanejournal.com 2010-02-04 02:56 pm (UTC)(link)
They're still going along with it.

Re: [answerbox.]

Because there's really no other choice. They can sit and refuse all those niceties if they want, but it won't put them back on their original team, and it won't spite the Judges any.

... hell, Pavo hurt worse because one of them refused to carry out an order.

. . . What happened to Pavo?

Wolf refused to carry out one of GM's punishments. So the bastard sent someone else after the game was done to remove the arm that Wolf refused to take. Meaning it was permanent instead of getting healed by the game.

[sdfslkhssd]

A-An arm?!

[nods]

Poofy's. It's still missing.

Still . . . I-It really isn't coming back?

[ahhh ;; fussing nervously with her hands]

Short of the usual ways. Death in a game, healing from a Judge ...

That's why I can't blame them for not resisting.

Re: [answerbox.]

[identity profile] used_parts.insanejournal.com 2010-02-05 02:28 am (UTC)(link)
. . . Even if that's . . . We still can't trust them.

Re: [answerbox.]

[identity profile] in_the_chair.insanejournal.com 2010-02-05 04:16 am (UTC)(link)
Now that's something I can get behind. Wolf's the only guy on that team I really trust, and he's the type that tends to get manipulated by people. Everyone else...

[shrugs]

Mm . . . I haven't met any of them that I like.

[glances over at River]

He's ending up more decent than I thought. Mink wasn't bad before she switched, but we haven't talked recently. And Allen keeps vouching for Slick, so I'll respect that.

[glances at him too >.|a]

Ah, but that sound . . . He was there at the last punishment, wasn't he? . . . Slick too.

Yeah, he was. Which is why I went over to punch him. But the bastard says it was just orders.

Just like we're just playing in the games. There's always a choice, yeah, but sometimes the consequences of going against the game are fucking unthinkable.

Re: [answerbox.]

[identity profile] used_parts.insanejournal.com 2010-02-05 10:43 am (UTC)(link)
. . . [shudders a little]

I don't want to talk about this anymore.

You're making new tools for us, right? With the stuff you brought back?

Re: [answerbox.]

[identity profile] used_parts.insanejournal.com 2010-02-05 03:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Ah, well . . . first is a hammer that I can bring out of the forge. We need those if we ever want to go get more. Then Monoceros needs their pot repaired. I don't know how they managed to break it so badly. After that I'll be able to make tools for us.

Do you need that one discolored flint to do any of that? Because I wanna claim that one if you make something for me.
