Dagger tried to kill me out of mercy, so I wouldn't have to suffer through that. He aimed for the heart, but somehow he didn't get to it. Dagger is a trained soldier, he wouldn't miss like that under normal circumstances, especially not for something like that.

I can die, and I obviously still get injured... but if it's someone else trying to end my life, it won't work. I'll always survive it.

A few days ago, they went to hunt down keystones. They ran into King.

He left them a warning to rely to the rest of the blanks. Injuries, to be precise. Apparently he isn't particularly pleased with how unruly we've been. Edward is making sure to spread the word so that teams won't hunt for keystones unless they have something to protect them from the judges' eyes— and especially King's.

Sion on Canis has also told me that the Kid's keystone is missing, but nobody has reported having it.

Well of course they shouldn't be looking if there's a possibility they would get caught! Tch.

I didn't ask for details, to be honest... But the point is that King is very aware of our plans now.

Coordination between teams seem to be pretty much impossible as things are right now. I wouldn't say everything is lost, since we're all still alive... but we definitely need to be more careful. But it's a lot more problematic when a single wrong step from another team might cause trouble for everyone.

That's always been the issue.

As for that, I guess... it's just it's a lot more dangerous now. I went to Cetus to rely the message, and the talking cat from the meeting was there. He said we need to abandon the concept of teams. I got a little annoyed at him, so I didn't pay his words much attention... But I think talking with him might be a good idea.

I'm sorry for dumping all of this on you when you just got back, but... to be honest, I have no idea what we should do. There isn't much I can do, but I can at least try to gather information.

And some teams just don't agree with the same methods, or simply can't get along with one another. And of course, there are trust issues as well. Even though I realize working with the others is necessary, I have reservations about putting Lyvus' safety in someone else's hands.

That makes sense. It's obvious that if we weren't forced to stand against each other, we would try to find a way to overthrown them. They probably didn't expect something like this to happen to begin with. I wonder if the reason they haven't taken us out even after what happened with Delphinius is because they understand that we don't have many chances as things are right now.

Presumably they either still need us, or don't find us to be a threat.
