What: Laundry! (AGAIN)

[Vash is over by the river, once again doing laundry. Though this time he has access to slightly better tools. Namely a washboard, basin, and some sort of white powder that foams up in the water. The answer to why maaaay be in that instead of doing green laundry, he is most definitely vigorously washing some black sets of clothing.
