[THERE'S A FUCKING SNAKE IN HIS SHIRT. Also his skin is covered with hideous black patches but you probably knew that already. Also the snake, probably in response to waking up in someone's shirt and that someone moving, has sunk its fangs into Yoi-te's side.]

[FFFFF grabbing hold of the snake with one hand and getting out a knife with the other. Going to try and decapitate it a few inches down from the head]

[And giving that note one last look trying to figure out if it says from Ophiuchus... and collapsing to the ground.]

[wellllll SHIT. gonna focus on the snake for now though]

[snake will probably let go of Yoi-te in favor of trying to bite WHOEVER HAS GRABBED IT but I imagine ninja & knife beats snake.]

[Meanwhile Yoi-te is breathing raspily and still trying not to move]

[TAKE THAT, SNAKE! brushing snake pieces and knife aside, leaning over Yoi-te so that his face is in line-of-sight, though still keeping his voice raised]

Are you hurt anywhere other than the bite?

[tries to focus on Itachi's face, dazedly. For a moment it seems that he doesn't understand the question, but then he shakes his head -- and clutches it with a wince]

[turns to check on Dagger, pulling the note from his hand]

Don't bring it close to your face. Smells funny...

[nods and stuffs in pocket rather than trying to read it. He straightens Dagger out on the ground, checking for any injuries other than surprise unconsciousness]

[he's probably fine, Aeon put my knife and needles to one side]

[pulling himself up to lean against the rock, one hand covering his mouth]

[glancing suspiciously at the snake]

You can tell us what happened later. The main thing is to get you and Dagger back to the dorm. Just rest for the moment.

[going to try waking Dagger up, shaking his shoulders and calling his name]
