game 61, night three.

Who: Those in Veiled's game.
Where: Veiled's realm.
When: Day xx+2, ?????.
What: Night 3.

[darkness is once again, falling. in front of Veiled's statue, which holds a net, there lies two piles of cushions.]

Will it end by your hands? Or will it continue?

[Cygnus is here. Orion is here. Voting is here.]

Nobody would have vouched for him because it would have been out of character for him not to try so he would have been suspect. It was explained to me that this is a game about appearances, and she was right. It's not what you do or don't do. It's not about who you help, or insult or talk to. It's about appearing as yourself, even when everyone turns against you.

As for Jim, at the time he was shown getting sick, there was a clue that proved I was uninfected. Monoceros should be happy to verify that much. Further reason Vulpecula going up had no meaning.

I kept it secret at his request.

And I didn't mention it until today since you'd done me that much. I doubt it would have changed anything, but I wasn't going to risk becoming a target when I could talk my way out of the situation.

It was for the best the way we did it.

. . .

And either way, the person who got the clue or the person that was proved innocent by it doesn't count anymore.

Right, it doesn't matter now.
