Judges are the guys who run this place, and the Games. They're like Gods, all-powerful and all that bullshit.

I've lost count as to how many there are, but there's a lot of 'em, and they all run different kinds of Games. Some of 'em are okay, some of 'em are just plain stupid, and some of 'em are pretty dangerous. The dangerous ones are the ones you have to remember - Surgeon, Trickster, Mirror, and Game Master. And Flowers too, I guess.
