O-okay. Um. You don't remember anything, right? That's normal here, everyone wakes up with no memories. You're wearing red so that means you're on Pyxis like me, see?

[pulls at her shirt]

So you're part of our family! Cygnus is like the cousins and aunts and uncles who live next door. They're our partners and they wear pink.

[Pauses, considering this... ]

Yep! We work together to defeat the other teams in games, and outside of that we live in the house together and work to gather food and stuff.

So we'll take care of you until you're a little more used to this place, okay?

There's lots to tell you, but we'll try not to overwhelm... ah, first, memories... you'll get one back whenever our team wins a game. They look like little berries, you just eat 'em.

Next, food! Food is very very important. We get a little bit from the Judges but mostly we need to find it ourselves. There's fishing and hunting and gathering though we're not really the strongest team at those things.

That was Scowl, his team's called "Hydra". There's... ummm... fourteen teams. Two are really new, I haven't seen them yet but I heard they got here already. There's also a black team that works for the Judges and they'll punish you if you break a rule.

Scowl? [That's... a confused look. But nods slowly.]

What are the rules?

Um... the guy Ikki-kun was fighting...?

No punching walls, no going to a place called the Pillar alone, no sleeping over or sharing things with teams other than your partners.
