Is metal. It's mechanical up to my shoulder. I don't remember what happened yet, but as far as I can figure out I... lost my arm somehow. And got this to replace it.

Yeah, before I came here. A while ago, I think... I've gotten a memory back, but I had it there too, and from the way I didn't think about it there, I'd probably had it a long time.

It's probably got a better grip than normal hands. Can't loosen with sweat or anything and it's a lot harder to damage.

So at least your body should be used to it.

*looks at it* Well, it's harder to damage... but it's not as coordinated. It's a little hard to do really fine movements with it, or hold on to really small things. I can't feel anything, either, so I think it's just being used to it that I know how hard to grab things without breaking them.

You can always use your other hand, right? A sort of best of both worlds, if only half capacity of each...

Yeah, I can. It's a little clumsy, too; I think I'm supposed to be right handed, but, well...

But it does work, and it's better than nothing at all there.

Yeah. And I bet it doesn't count for something lost before coming here, too. But like I said, they work, so I won't worry about it.

Nn, like how my limbs were taken before I agreed to come here. I don't think they could replace them unless I used my wish for that.
