[There's a person in gray walking around the new buildings. He seems to be scanning the area around the two buildings, getting his bearings perhaps? Though he looks pretty calm and collected.

How are you settling?

Well, I know generally what's going on and where to get food and water. Though how well we gather might determine if we're settling well.

It's a place to start. It... shouldn't be too hard to settle in, I think?

People have been making it far easier than it would have been on our own.

I'm glad. It's really only in the games that we need to be enemies. Normally, it's just everyone trying to survive here.

Do people try to keep the games and out here separate?

[nods]

We try to. The games can get very hard and people die sometimes. If everyone held grudges, it would be absolutely miserable out here. I-if you can, please try to remember that.

If the goal is simply to win and not just to be cruel, then there's no reason to hold a person's actions in the game out of it.

Y-yes. E-everyone's a little different, and some of the games... seem really hard, but... everyone tries really hard to keep their teams safe and to win if they can. I-it can make it hard... to understand the actions sometimes, to not see them as cruel or unnecessary, but... I-I think no one really enjoys what they're doing. I-I think it's just this place...

There's something we all want to be here in the first place, right? It's obvious we'd fight for it if we gave up our memories for it.

Holding grudges just because someone was willing to do the same would just make things needlessly difficult.

Right. Y-you'll probably get to see people win sometime. It's... really a special thing.

Yes. Tavi from Pyxis was the first to win.

What happened when Tavi did?

[shakes her head slightly totally proud but still very sad too]

I'm not really sure I understood exactly what happened, but... there was a feast, and he regained all of his memories. He talked to King for a while and made his wish. A... and then he went home.

[Thinks about it.] Does he know why he was able to make his wish?

... I don't know. He didn't know before he got them back, but... I don't know if it was the same afterwards. He didn't say anything about it. I don't think any of the others who have won knew either.

Did anyone have a chance to talk to the winners after they knew they did?

I don't think so... You could ask though if you want. A number of teams have had members win.

Which teams have had winners?

Um... Cygnus, Orion, Hydra, and Ophiuchus.

Aren't the Ophiuchus working for the Judges?

Y-yes, but I-I think they're here for the same reason -- to get their wish. They just... they earn their memories differently than we do.
