[so while you were doing something else, Cain has taken it upon himself to clean. in Cain's special world, that means putting everyone's belongings in the common room in front of their bedroom doors. if you have a dirty dish, it's filled with soapy, ice-cold water. if you have dirty laundry, it's in your dirty dish, soaking in that nice, ice cold water. you're welcome.

if you're the new kid, you may have a filthy rag on your door that was used to scrub the remnants of your food off the table, floor, and wherever else, you messy demon cannibal you.

there is also a pot with mushrooms, onions, and some kind of meat on the stove, simmering. Cain himself is somewhere, though nowhere that'd associate him with the pot of to-be-stew]
