*those who wander past the general area of the Canis dorms this morning might notice an unusual sight. A certain one-eyed Blank has marked out a sort of makeshift target for himself on a convenient slab of rock, and is currently engaged in attempting to strike it with the stick he's holding. He's missing his mark more often than not, but this doesn't seem to discourage him from trying again*

[Usually, cooking is a chore that's shared around, since everyone can make the food equally badly. But today...it actually is starting to smell pretty decent. In the middle of the kitchen, stands Chaz, stirring the grains and an onion carefully in the same pan that some fish--already plated--was cooked in.]
