What: MYSTERIOUS HAPPENINGS.

[The first thing you might notice is that the door is painfully ajar. Past the doorway, all is silent. No bickering, no laughing, no conversation, nothing. The table is -- or was -- set for a meal of some kind. You can tell because it's still there, in bits and pieces. A plate only half empty. Utensils dropped to the floor. And towards the kitchen, a pot of grain-and-fish stew, broken on the floor as if its owner hadn't even had time to put it down before vanishing.]
