*he's gotten practice, at this, it seems; instantly, there's knowledge in your mind...

...entering the Arena, and Trickster's on the throne; you know it's Day 126, late at night. You _remember_, suddenly, a warning and an injunction, and you wait...

...people appear, enclosed in clear plastic balls: Allen, Red, Feathers, choices of who to save and how the others die. You watch, and wait, until Ophiuchius comes out to kill...

...a voice gives you a sign, and power flashes out, once, twice. The Ophiuchius and Trickster alike are confused; their victims have simply died...

...again, the pattern repeats, but this time Trickster catches you. You're in a ball, spotlighted and surrounded by rising fog, as Trickster threatens to flay you slowly, demands answers. You defy him, turn your power inward, on yourself, though the memory dissipates before you can feel the results of it...

...the rest is impressions, less clear, something told rather than experienced. Others followed, killing mercifully before Trickster's tortures could begin. Eventually, Trickster gave up and went home. The impression that the voice who backed those blanks was Flowers...

...and then it ends.*
