[There's a pair of Blanks stumbling back in the direction of the dorms, looking rather worse for wear (and possibly smelling of lava).]

Hell, what was that supposed to be?

[stepping up to get the door to the dorm]

[whenever you open that door, you'll hear Emil doing something in the kitchen and the dorm smells pleasantly from whatever he's making. looks like you don't have to worry about making dinner. he calls from the kitchen when he hears the door open]

Oh, you're back already? If it's Chaz I guess I should make some more...

... Chaz is out?

...like I said. We'll have to go back and check after you're settled.

[coming out of the kitchen to carry food to the table. looks like thinly sliced lizard strips and mushroom stir-fry]

It's only been since last night... Since dinner is done, maybe you should stay for it, instead of going out immediately? It's better if you don't have to worry about getting hungry.

He didn't get a memory, either. It bears checking.

But I'll stay until after dinner- once he's- [Tips the staff toward Kirk.] -in bed and safely not doing anything stupid.

Chaz is gone?

Yeah... he wasn't here for dinner last night, or any of the meals today. But, you didn't get a memory for the last game either, maybe it's just because they didn't swap either of your titles for it? I mean- it's not how they usually do it, but maybe?

[shakes his head]

If memories are missing, then the person is missing too.

I know for certain that someone had Chaz's title for that game. We won the game, though, and he didn't get a berry, so I wanted to be sure.

[nods and goes back into the kitchen for the plates for Carly, Mitsuru, and Kirk and then comes back and sets them on the table with a sigh]

I hope it turns out to be nothing... Oh... well, if you do find him even if it's late, wake me up, okay? I'll make something for him too; he'll need it after being out for so long.

Mm, we'll bring plenty of extra jerky along in case we find him too.

[. . . eyes the plates and heads into the kitchen briefly, getting a glass of water for herself. And conveniently passing between the food and Jim both times. The others may notice a few sleeping berries being quickly crushed over Jim's plate.]
